Cancel button disappear on last setup wizard step.

      This issue ** was found in DEV-1797. But, as was told same is observed in current master. 

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install zabbix.
      2. Login
      3. open setup wizard - /setup.php
      4. go to last step (install).
      5. Somehow summon error there.
      6. Press cancel button. 

      Result:

      Cancel button disappear.
      Expected:
      Cancel button exists, and close setup wizard.
