      AIX 7.1 LPAR & zabbix server 5.2 & zabbix agent 5.0

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. From Topas and vmstat, the CPU utilization of OS is low
      2. However, using ZABBIX's template to monitor the CPU utilization of Aix, we find that the CPU utilization is extremely high and fluctuates greatly

      Result:

      As shown in the figure below, it will be carried out at the same time，system.stat The values of [CPU, US] and vmstat,It is found that the US of CPU is very different. As shown in the figure below**
