JS global scripts should not be executed on proxy

Steps to reproduce:

• Create global JS script, to be executed through action. (It also should be triggered from proxy).
• Script executes on the proxy as a result of an action.

Result: Script is executed on the proxy. Also, script is not aware of its parameters.

Expected: Script is executed on the server.
