      Steps to reproduce:
      We use Zabbix for infrastructure alerts; Zabbix version: 4.0.8

      Problem description: The "UNAVAILABLE BY ICMP PING" alert on 56 servers was triggered on January 13 at 18:14 PM, but the alert was inserted into the alert table at 5:32 am on January 30 and then triggered, during which Zabbix was running normally. Have you encountered any of these problems?
