Import template disagrees with itself, cannot import tempalte

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Upgrade from 3.4
      2. Remove existing outdated OSX template
      3. Try importing OSX template from git.zabbix.com
      4. Error stating "Host group "Templates/Operating Systems" already exists." returned
      5. Remove checkbox to create new groups
      6. Error stating "Group "Templates/Operating systems" does not exist." returned

      Result:

      Template to be imported and merged into group
