Case:
When the subgroup of the subgroup is set, the view authority of the original group is not reflected.

Steps to reproduce:
Environment:
ZabbixServer 4.0.22

For instance:
Create HostGroup

• [MAIN]

UserGroups setting permissions

• UserGroupA

  Host group	Permissions
  [MAIN](including subgroups)	Read-write

  

Create user

Create sub groups

• [MAIN/SUB_GROUP1/SUB_GROUP2]

SUB_GROUP1 was not create

Check UserGroups Permissions

Result:
SUB_GROUP2 does not see UserA

Expected:
I don't know why Sub_GROUP2 was created,is this a specification?
Is the setting not reflected in SUB_GROUP2 because it is a subgroup of the subgroup?
