Steps to reproduce:

1. Zabbix 5.0 TLS has been loaded onto a new Linux Server
2. A copy of the database from the existing 2.2.4 Zabbix version was placed on the new server
3. When trying to import the database, an error is produces indicating the following : ERROR 1118 (42000) at line 809: Row size too large (> 8126). Changing some columns to TEXT or BLOB may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of 0 bytes is stored inline.
4. This error refers to the host_inventory Table from the existing 2.2.4 version database
