Raspberry pi os, Zabbix fresh install

trying to import Morningstar sunsaver mppt template

Steps to reproduce:

1. downloaded [email protected]
2. extracted to downloads
3. zabbix > configuration >Templates>import 
4. select file > build-backend.xml

Result:
Import failed

• Invalid tag "/": unexpected tag "project".
