Issue with outlook smtp settings

      Unable to send the email using the office365 server.

      1. I can able to telnet smtp.office365.com 587 server
      2. When I tried to send the test mail, will get the error message " failed to send email: Timeout was reached: Connection timed out after 40001 milliseconds "
