Release: 20.04
Codename: focal
Steps to reproduce:
- Create SLA tree
- Add triggers
- Create maintenance mode without data collection, for a specific device in the ITServices tree
- Check SLA values
Result:
I can see that device breaches SLA but it has been in Maintenance for the last two Months, then disable the device and still the SLA is breached and it is affecting over SLA for the client.
Expected:
Maintenance should not count against SLA. Or at least there should be a button/setting to mark maintenance as ok time.
