Hi Zabbix Team,

We are very happy to use Zabbix in our Organization for almost 15k+ devices.

I wanted your help in releasing a patch for Template level restrictions which is a frequent Issue as we operate with multiple super admin accounts.

Some of our teammates who have super admin access as they do daily operations in Zabbix web like adding new hosts, creating maintenance states, etc.,

So, as they got super admin access they are making changes at template level like disabling /enabling items or triggers at template level but their intention is to do at Host level but by mistake, they are performing it at Template level which inturn creating huge flow of alerts in the dashboard and customers are receiving auto-notifications / tickets and blasting at us for false-positive alerts.

So, I wanted to verify with you if we can keep any kind of restrictions for the users and enable access to certain users only to make changes at the template level.
