Steps to reproduce:

1. Create empty template
2. Link another template having LLD rule with HTTP agent item prototype with history storage period e.g. 7d
3. Save linking template to create parent-child relation
4. Open new child template, go to LLD rule item prototype above
5. Channge storage period to "do not keep history" and try to update

Result:
Cannot update item prototype: Invalid parameter "/interfaceid": a number is expected.

Expected:
Keeping storage period in parent template, but not in child template
