No calendar popup at Daschboards hosts view

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Monitoring -> Hosts
      2. Open popup and select Dashboards for any host.
      3. Click one of calendar icon.

      Result:
      See screenshot.
      Expected:
      Calendar popup should appear.
