Fix the description for Tags in LLD Overriding

      Per documentation for LLD Overriding

      Tags When the checkbox is marked, a new block will appear, allowing to specify tag-value pairs.
      All trigger prototype tags will be replaced by tags from this override.

      But, in practice, when we use Tags in LLD overriding for trigger prototypes, it just affin new tags, even in case when tag names have matching

      Please, fix the information into documentation
