If a user tried to add an element to a map and if the icon library is empty, it will close the map screen. If a user then goes and adds a icon to the library and then goes back and edits the map to add the new icon, the icon picture will not show up but just the work "New Element". To fix it when it gets into this state, the user can flush the browser cache and tries again it works perfectly. The element can be added and moved around on the screen. It looks like the browser cache is corrupted when a user tries to add an icon when none exist.
