Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new Super admin role.
2. Create new user with Super admin role, created before. 
3. Login as new user.
4. Go to User roles page.
5. open edit mode for created before role (just open your role, to check rules). 
6. From Monitoring section, checkout - Dashboard, Problems, Hosts. Press update.
7. Check console.

Result:
Zabbix crashes. Error appears in console. Can't open any pages. Nothing works.

Expected:
No errors. Everything works.
