      Inherited tags are not shown under Inherited and trigger tags tab for template triggers

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create template, item and trigger under this template
      2. Add tags a:a and b:b to template
      3. Add tag a:a to trigger and save
      4. Open trigger, navigate to tags and open Inherited tags

      Expected result: Under Inherited tags should be displayed inherited tags a:a and b:b from template
      Actual result: Inherited tags are not displayed
