Zabbix Agent2 is not working under the AD account user in Windows

      Windows Server 2012/2016, etc. with AD users

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create AD user for the Agent2 with the following main specs: 
        Local Policies -> User Rights Assigment
Deny log on locally
Deny log on through Remote Desktop Services
Log on as a service
      2. Try to start Agent2 as a service

      Result:
      Debug level 3 to 5 shows the same:

      2021/06/08 17:00:51.594416 cannot load os dependent items: Access is denied.

      Expected:
      Agent 1/C is working under the same user.
