Template tags not inherited by triggers

      The tags set on the template do not seem to be inherited by the triggers. They are however inherited by items.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a template
      2. Set a tag on the template
      3. Create an item
      4. On tags tab, click "Inherited and item tags"
      5. See that the template tag is inherited
      6. Create a trigger
      7. On tags tab, click "Inherited and item tags"
      8. See that the template tag is NOT inherited

      Result:

      Template tags need to be explicitly set again on the triggers by hand.

      Expected:
      Template tags to be inherited by the triggers
