Work folder - C:\zabbix

Default config file - C:\zabbix_agentd.conf

Steps to reproduce:

1. Delete agentd c:\zabbix>zabbix_agentd.exe -d
2. Install agent2 c:\zabbix>zabbix_agent2.exe -i

Result:

Agent2 cannot find configuration file in default place.

Agent2 tries to find zabbix_agent2.win.conf in the folder where the executable file is located:

c:\zabbix>zabbix_agent2.exe -i
 zabbix_agent2 [4260]: ERROR: cannot open configuration file: open c:\zabbix\zabbix_agent2.win.conf: The system cannot find the file specified.

Also notice that zabbix_agent2.win.conf is different from the one included in archive and distributed conf/zabbix_agent2.conf file.

Expected:
Agent2 use default config file - C:\zabbix_agentd.conf
