We have recently installed zabbix 5.0.12 on final customer. We are trying to implement mysql template on this user but we are having troubles with it.
The official template we are using is https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/db/mysql_agent?at=refs%2Fheads%2Frelease%2F5.0.

We have installed the template and we are using this template I mentioned before. Final customers have some servers with some mysql servers on different ports (3306,3307,3308,3309 and 3310).

We have tried to monitor this databases, but we don´t know why it is not working on final customer. It just works for one of the databases (port 3310), but not on the rest. We would like to know what could be the reason and how make it work on all servers. Please could you tell us what could be the reason?
