Steps to reproduce:

1. Assign Media to user.  Select Discord then paste webhook generated by Discord.  apply all notifications and select enable.  save.
2. Select General Macro and enter {$ZABBIX.URL} to the Local host or IP address of frontend.
3. Open Administration media and try to test discord, (fails)
4. ...

Result:
No notification is pushed to discord

Expected:
notifications to be posted on discord
