To set up IIS monitoring using the Zabbix Agent\Zabbix Agent 2.
As seen in the Zabbix documentation Zabbix Agent running under a non-admin user with the standard permissions (Performance Monitor Users and Log On as a Service):

With these settings though, the WMI query that is executed by Zabbix Agent to discover the Application Pools isn't possible. There ia an error: "Exception occurred. (Provider load failure )"
To work at least Read permissions are required on %systemroot%\System32\inetsrv\config
