The Setting up webhook in Zabbix section of the documentation for the Microsoft Teams webhook contains:

The URL should be either an IP address, a fully qualified domain name or localhost. Specifying a protocol is mandatory, whereas port is optional. Good examples:
http://zabbix.com
https://zabbix.lan/
http://localhost
http://127.0.0.1:8080

Obviously, none of these examples are IP addresses, fully qualified domain names or localhost. The sentence is probably superfluous, but it could be kept by substituting "host" for "URL".
