Zabbix Server ignoring SourceIP while communicating with Zabbix web_service

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create server with two IP - 192.168.100.10 and 192.168.100.20
      2. Chane Zabbix server configuration SourceIP=192.168.100.20
      3. Shutdown 192.168.100.20 interface
      4. Test Report

      Result:
      Report will be send to Email. Request  will be originate from 192.168.100.10 not from SourceIP.
