When using the official ServiceNow integration, the problem message template body does not populate the Activities section of the incident. On the other hand, problem resolution adds the Recovery message template information to Activities.

It would be useful if the Problem message contents would get added to the Activities section, otherwise the body of the Problem message template serves no purpose.
