Template MSSQL by ODBC for Multiple Instances not work

      Microsoft SQL Server

      I configured the MSSQL by ODBC template to monitor the databases and everything is working. However, the template is only made for one instance, on my SQL server I have 2 instances and other with 5 instances that I want to monitor.

      In these cases how can I configure the template for more than one instance and odbc.ini file for more that one port?

      This way? If yes, how can configure in zabbix template?
