      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Monitoring->Services
      2. Enable Edit mode
      3. Click on "Create service"

      Result: In DOM there are two elements with ID "sid" and "form_refresh".
      Expected: At any time only in DOM there should be only one element with each ID.
