Broken style for secret text macro type switcher

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to host edit form;
      2. Open Macros tab;
      3. Add macro and change it's type to "Secret text". 

      Result:
      Button has incorrect size and it looks like being located under the text field:
