Steps to reproduce:

1. Create template with discovery rule
2. Add Override with one filter. 
   Macro - {#MICRO}
   Type - matches
   Regex - can be empty.
3. Save template.
4. Go back to template override.
5. Click remove near Filter.
6. Press Update button. 

Result:


Expected:
no error. Override filter can be removed and template updated.
