Subject and message in Scheduled report removed after disabling

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create scheduled report with Subject and Message
      2. Go to "Scheduled reports" list page.
      3. Disable report. (or you can enable already enabled report)

      Result:
      Subject and message removed.

      Expected:
      No changes in report. 
      Subject and message still exists.
