Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 2 hosts
2. Link a different template with triggers to each host
3. Add a trigger dependency from host 1 to host 2
4. Export the template that's used for host 1
5. Adjust the description in the exported template
6. Import the template

Result:

The dependency between host 1 and host 2 has been removed

Expected:

Updating templates should not remove trigger dependencies added on hosts even if involved triggers are updated. This prevents us from managing our templates as code as any update can cause existing dependencies to be dropped, resulting in lots of unexpected alerts. The bug was reported before in https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-13267, but it was closed due to using an unsupported version, but it still happens in Zabbix 5.4.4.
