Steps to reproduce:

1. Download/Install Windows Agent: https://www.zabbix.com/download_agents
2. Attempt to use standard Item Key web.page.get on a modern HTTPS website
3. It fails

Notes:

I can only assume the Pre-Compiled agent is missing the curl lib for some reason?

As the documentation states this works on Windows here https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/manual/appendix/items/supported_by_platform this seems to be a Bug in either the Documentation or the released agent.
