Report generation is highly appreciated but does not seem to work correctly in regards to start date. I.e. i've created a monthly report and set it's start date some months in the past (i do have the data) but still the report is generated on the first of the month.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create simple dashboard (only graphs)
2. Create report and set start date in the past (more than 1 month)
3. Select Period "Previous Month"
4. Select Cycle "Monthly"
5. Wait for it

Result:
Report is being generated on 1st of the month for the previous month

Expected:
Report is generated on the date entered +1 month
