Create a user with standard user privileges (normal user so only RO), give the user access to a host group once again we select RO as a normal user only can get RO.
We give the user the role User with access to close problems.

This will result in a grayed out box, for this to work we need to give the user RW on the host group.
This doesn't make sense as a normal user can only have RO. Also the permissions will turn on green when going to the users permission tab.

The same problem happens for templates.
If we give a user admin privileges but we strip him of all his his access of menus except of the access to templates, then the user will not be able to see the templates if he only has RO access to the templates group.

We need to give him RW access to be able to see the templates group but then he can do more then just see the templates

testing this on 5.2.6 as 5.4.x latest data is still broken
but i suppose this is still the same as no changes where made in roles 
doesn't make sense 
this is a broken functionality
