      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add the IIS by Zabix agent active template to a host
      2. WAS and WS3SVC both error with 'Unknown metric service_state'

      Result:
      Both services are not being monitored.
      Expected:
      The keys should be supported or possibly use the newer system.info key to monitor the service states.
