Not possible to open hints that are hidden in information icons via keyboard

      It is not possible to focus on information icons via keyboard navigation, therefore it is not possible to obtain the hints that are hidden under information icons in multiple places in frontend, for example:
      In Monitoring => Latest data
      In API tokens generate view
      Now also in service configuration form (starting from 6.0)
