Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a template with a text and secret macro.
2. Have host that have this template linked.
3. Open host edit form, Macros tab.
4. Switch to inherited macros tab.
5. Click "Change" link for text macro.
(only 5.4+)
Result: it is now possible to change macro value, but not type.
Expected: Macro type also should be editable.
6. Click "Change" for secret macro.
Observe: "Revert" button is present and working.
7. Click "Set new value"
8. Switch to "Host macros" tab.
Result: There is no button "Revert" any more.
Expected: It should be possible to reset back secret and vault macros, even if macro display was changed.

4. Switch to inherited macros tab.
5. Click "Change" link for secret macro.
6. Switch to "Host macros" tab.
Observe: It is now possible to change macro type.
7. Change it to "Text"
8. Click "Revert" button.
Result: Type was changed to vault.
Expected: Type should revert back to original type. "Secret" in this case.
