      ZBX-19743 re-open. Proxy version is 5.0.14
      1. Please add logging for wrong sqite data for debug level.
      Also let's try to skip rows where nextid is out of range.

      2. this problem became reproducible after updating with history cache overflow protection function. After patch from ZBX-19743 proxy stopped crashing.
