Zabbix server crashing due to VMware collector bug

      Steps to reproduce:

      The server crashes periodically, at unpredictable times. No way recreate, per se. 

      Issue:

      SEGV fault, due to a null pointer in the VMware collector (see attached server log file)

      VMware details from zabbix_server.conf:

      StartVMwareCollectors=20

      VMwareFrequency=60

      VMwarePerfFrequency=60

      VMwareCacheSize=768M

      VMWareTimeout=30
