Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an application
2. Create a data overview widget
3. Add the application to the data overview widget
4. Rename the application

Result:

The application name does not update in the data overview widget and has to be edited manually in each widget.

Expected:
The change reflects globally and renames the application wherever it is used.
