Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a performance counter item (zabbix agent) with interval of 1 second average
2. Create a performance counter item (zabbix agent) with interval of 899 second average
3. Create a performance counter item (zabbix agent) with interval of 900 second average
4. Check latest data and you will see the 1 and 899 second items collect and the 900 second item fails with 'Interval out of range'

Expected:

The documentation for the item 'perf_counter' and 'perf_counter_en' specifies 'The interval must be between 1 and 900 seconds (included) and the default value is 1).

I would expect as the front end allows you to enter '900' as the second parameter and the documentation also states it should be ok, then it should work.
