VMware HA interface IP selection rules

      The problem:

      In case of HA configuration with multiple net interfaces, we can't predictable select one of them.

      Proposal rules for selection:

      1. prefer IP which shares the IP-subnet with the vCenter IP
      2. prefer IP from IP-subnet with default gateway
      3. prefer IP from interface with lowest id
