Invalid condition: incorrect usage of function "length". in zabbix server trigger creation

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to zabbix Triggers
      2. Create a new trigger for a Item of type Text 
      3. Pick Length Variable
      4. Its missing the Of Type T Field and when clicking submit it throws the error "Invalid condition: incorrect usage of function "length"."

      Result:

      Expected:
      T should be there and should have values
