I have a problem with Mikrotik devices the error is "timeout while connecting to "x.x.x.x:161"

I check the snmp config in both zabbix and Mikrotik 

also check the OIDs for the item 

finally make firewall rule in Mikrotik :

chain=input action=accept protocol=udp dest-port=161 log=no log-prefix=" "

 
but it didn't work, what should I check ?
