Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a network discovery rule 
2. Setup a "send message to users" action using Discord webhook with default message template
3. Let it discover a couple of hosts

Result:
As the screenshot shows, I get duplicate messages for each host, one with the correct information, the other not so much.

Expected:
A single message per host, preferably only for newly discovered ones.
