Steps to reproduce:

1. Open filter settings.
2. Change settings to enable.
3. Select "Failure response comment not entered only" in the display of the failure.
4. Click the save button.
5. Comment on the error that is output and close it.
6. Closed errors are hidden.
7. After a few minutes, I get the same error message.

Result:
Same error messages appear at regular intervals.
Close them but reappear.

Expected:
Don't want the same error message that I closed once.
