Hi,

I am monitoring a Qnap storage, I have applied a template and almost everything works, but some info is not provided in the template and I am trying to insert it manually. From the Qnap storage I downloaded its MIBs and imported them into zabbix.

If on zabbix I give the command:

# snmptranslate -IR -On QTS-MIB::storagepoolCapacity
.1.3.6.1.4.1.55062.1.10.7.1.3

The OID is returned to me

If on zabbix I give the command:

# snmpwalk -v 2c -c SatServ1z12021 192.168.241.98 .1.3.6.1.4.1.55062.1.10.7.1.3
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.55062.1.10.7.1.3.1 = Counter64: 227808806699008

The data is returned to me

If I create an item with OID "storagepoolCapacity" it is returned to me by zabbix:

No Such Instance currently exists at this OID

Can you help me?
