Export to CSV on Monitoring-Problems page has working for the first filters assigned only

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go To Monitoring-Problems page
      2. Assign some problems displaying filters
      3. Use Export to CSV Button in FE
      4. Check the file - all correct
      5. Go back to the Monitoring-Problems page (do not refresh the page)
      6. Use Export to CSV again

      Result:
      CSV file contains the problems data for previosly assigned filter
      Expected:
      CSV file contains the  problems data for new filter
