Steps to reproduce:

1. Have more hosts than "Max number of columns and rows in overview tables" setting value ("Administration">"General">"GUI")
2. Add a tag to some item(-s) on different hosts
3. Navigate to "Monitoring">"Overview">"Data overview"
4. Leave all filters blank except for "Tags" - specify the tag added in step #2

Result:
The number of hosts matched in "Monitoring">"Overview">"Data overview" is much less than the "Max number of columns and rows in overview tables" value (the same applies to the "Data overview" widget)
However "Monitoring">"Latest data" with the same filter applied (all blank except for "Tags") shows full results.

Expected:
The number of results would match the "Max number of columns and rows in overview tables" value and be equal to  "Monitoring">"Latest data" with the same filter applied

Note: looks like the limit set by the "Max number of columns and rows in overview tables" is applied before the "filter by tag" step
